Director of Advancement Services

A company is looking for a Director of Advancement Services and Operations, responsible for building and managing the operational infrastructure that supports fundraising activities. Key Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership in developing advancement services infrastructure to support long-term fundraising goals Lead and manage a growing team within advancement services, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Oversee the creation and maintenance of the central CRM database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Eight (8) years of fundraising and/or development experience, with team leadership Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience with fund accounting and IRS laws governing charitable giving Proficiency in complex databases and data analysis
