Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid media-led demand generation campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals Own campaign performance measurement across the funnel, using data to continuously test and improve results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns Required Qualifications 4-6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on demand generation Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through paid and integrated demand campaigns Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation and rapid optimization Experience with Marketing Operations & CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) Bonus: experience marketing AI-driven solutions in industrial technology or manufacturing
