Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Complex Claims team to ensure productivity and performance Oversee revenue targets and enhance internal policies for efficiency Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Qualifications: Insurance adjuster or a Plaintiff's attorney specializing in personal injury or car accidents Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management At least 5 years of management experience in the healthcare revenue cycle field
