A company is looking for a Regional VP Employer Sales (West) to lead sales efforts in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify strategic sales opportunities and build relationships with decision makers Create complex sales plans collaboratively with clients and internal resources Manage the proposal process, including RFP responses and negotiations Required Qualifications 7+ years of proven experience in employer point solution sales Understanding of the healthcare system, including risk and value-based care Willingness to travel as needed Ability to build consensus with internal and external partners Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred
