Claims Strategy Manager

A company is looking for a Claims Unit Manager - Strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, optimization, and execution of claims operational processes to enhance efficiency and quality Partner with Claims leadership to define operational strategies and lead cross-functional projects for claims transformation Supervise and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in insurance claims operations, process management, or business strategy 3-5 years of leadership experience within the claims organization Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and experience leading process improvement initiatives Familiarity with claims system platforms (e.g., Guidewire, SmartComm, CCC)
