Key Responsibilities Handle inbound phone calls to assist clients with non-emergency medical transportation needs Consult with customers to understand their needs and determine the best transportation options Utilize technology to improve operational models for reliable healthcare transportation Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment High school diploma required; college education preferred Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Familiarity with supporting consumer products and/or services 100% attendance required for training sessions
