A company is looking for a Clinical Support Coordinator for a remote, full-time position on the 2nd shift.
Key Responsibilities Manage requests from client hospitals and physicians to ensure excellence in patient care Communicate effectively with clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians for timely patient care Provide Tier 1 technical support and facilitate handoffs to Tier 2 IT support as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and various communication tools Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
