A company is looking for an Associate Dean of Curriculum & Instruction. Key Responsibilities Support the development and improvement of curriculum to meet accreditation and compliance standards Promote effective teaching practices that enhance student engagement and support diverse learners Collaborate with academic leadership to guide curriculum strategy and faculty development initiatives Required Qualifications Master's degree in nursing or a related health discipline from a regionally accredited institution Minimum of two years of experience in curriculum development or academic support in higher education Experience with institutional and programmatic accreditation processes Experience analyzing academic data to inform instructional improvement Familiarity with learning management systems (Canvas preferred)
