A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle & CRM Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities Operate and evolve relationship strategies using CRM, focusing on customer acquisition and retention Manage onboarding, engagement, and expansion strategies for existing clients Create and maintain dashboards and documentation for CRM governance and lifecycle operations Required Qualifications Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and/or lifecycle management Background in B2B and/or SaaS environments, preferably with SMB focus Analytical and organized profile, capable of working with data and dashboards Experience with advanced CRM tools like HubSpot or similar Intermediate to advanced Spanish for communication with LATAM
