Job Description

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage accounting processes on a part-time contract basis. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems, including payroll, billing, receivables, and payables Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements and ensure general ledger accounts are reconciled Prepare and file annual tax forms and oversee the preparation of the annual audit Required Qualifications Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in accounting, business administration, or related field Minimum of three years' experience in accounting and/or finance, preferably in a non-profit organization Proficiency in payroll and accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Familiarity with eTapestry preferred Fluency in Spanish is a plus
