A company is looking for a Director, HR Business Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities Serve as the principal HR advisor to the European Operational Leader and align regional HR priorities with global strategy Lead organizational design efforts and conduct workforce planning for regional needs Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management across Europe Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment Experience in organizational design and workforce planning Fluent in English and Spanish Strong knowledge of European employment laws
