Senior SMS Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior SMS & Messaging Operations Specialist to manage SMS messaging infrastructure for automotive dealer clients. Key Responsibilities Design and manage multi-tenant SMS account structures Register and manage A2P 10DLC brands and campaigns Ensure compliance with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier messaging policies Required Qualifications 5+ years' hands-on experience with A2P SMS platforms Proven experience managing A2P 10DLC registration at scale Experience handling high-volume SMS traffic (100K+ messages/day preferred) Strong understanding of TCPA compliance and CTIA guidelines Experience troubleshooting delivery and carrier rejection issues
