Purchasing Agent

A company is looking for a Purchasing Agent to support its Residential and Hospitality Division in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders while monitoring order status and coordinating with vendors Collaborate with Project Managers to align purchasing activities with project timelines and resolve discrepancies Track purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with budgets Qualifications Two or more years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience, preferably in residential or hospitality sectors Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
