Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Service Cloud Account Executives while driving revenue growth Develop and execute strategic sales plans and engage with customers at the C-level Analyze sales metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to drive Service Cloud adoption Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of quota-carrying salespeople 5+ years of solution sales experience in enterprise software, preferably SaaS Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Experience selling customer service or CRM solutions preferred
