CPA Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead and scale the accounting function in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Own the financial reporting, close processes, and ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606 standards Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger, while improving automation and scalability Lead annual audits, manage relationships with external auditors, and maintain effective internal controls Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification is required 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition Experience in high-growth or startup SaaS environments
