Accounts Payable Senior Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Accounts Payable. Key Responsibilities Manage and improve a high-volume, complex accounts payable process across multiple entities Ensure accurate and timely expense recognition and support financial reporting and audits Coordinate with vendors, property managers, and internal accounting teams to maintain strong internal controls Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable or expense accounting environment Experience in asset management, real estate, private equity, or investment services is preferred Strong Excel skills for handling allocations, reconciliations, and accruals Exposure to AP systems such as Sage Intacct and/or SAP Concur is preferred but not required Detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
