Key Responsibilities Handle incoming patient billing calls and resolve inquiries Manage collection accounts and establish payment plans for self-pay patients Communicate with insurance companies and process refund requests Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Two years of experience in a healthcare billing office or customer service/call center environment Knowledge of ICD9-10 and CPT coding Ability to operate standard office machines and basic computer applications Reliable high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection required
