Engineering Manager - Data

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Data). Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of 5-10 software/data engineers Architect and build scalable, high performance data pipelines and backend services Set engineering best practices across code quality, reliability, security, and observability Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT, distributed systems, and cloud-native development Advanced SQL skills and experience with analytical + transactional databases Deep experience with Azure data and backend services 3+ years leading engineering teams (or senior engineer ready to step up) Knowledge of modern DevOps (CI/CD, IaC, automation, observability)
