A company is looking for a Project Manager I to support the coordination of multiple small projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations, milestones, and deadlines for multiple small-scale projects running in parallel Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing rapid updates and managing expectations across multiple accounts Maintain accurate, real-time project status in project management tools and identify bottlenecks to improve delivery speed Qualifications 1-2 years in project coordination, project management, or a high-volume administrative role Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Monday.com) and communication tools CERTIFICATION: CAPM certification or working towards PMP preferred Interest in or exposure to government contracting or compliance-driven industries preferred Must be a U.S. Citizen
