Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance Administer employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships Serve as the system owner for HRIS and payroll platforms, ensuring data integrity Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5-8 years of payroll management experience required Minimum of 5 years of experience with HRIS systems required Certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI are a plus Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization is a bonus
