Virginia Licensed Senior Claims Examiner

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Examiner - Claims Specialist focused on Property Damage, Construction Defect, and Bodily Injury. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of moderate to high complexity P&C insurance claims Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims and negotiate settlements Provide technical guidance and exceptional customer service to insureds, claimants, and attorneys Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of three years (Senior Claims Examiner) or seven years (Claims Specialist) of relevant claims handling experience Experience with complex coverage issues and multi-jurisdictional claims Adjuster license and/or certifications preferred Ability to obtain required state adjusters' licenses within six months of training completion
