Claims Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Claims Processor who will review invoices and pet medical documents to determine coverage in compliance with policy guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Review individual policies to determine eligibility with high accuracy Contact internal departments and veterinary staff to ensure compliance with guidelines Enter data into claims systems and issue claim decisions to pet parents Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of recent clinical veterinary experience as a veterinary assistant, technician, or veterinarian Knowledge of veterinary terms, medical conditions, and associated treatments Ability to read and interpret medical records Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate Windows OS and Google Chrome
