Key Responsibilities Own and manage enterprise capabilities within Programming Standards and Technology, including roadmap and implementation strategy Lead development and lifecycle management of ADaM standards and associated technology components Provide technical direction and mentorship while ensuring compliance and operational goals are met Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or a related field Skilled SAS programmer with knowledge of CDISC ADaM models and efficient coding practices Experience with metadata-driven automation frameworks for scalable ADaM creation Active participation in industry organizations is a plus
