Marketing Specialist Partner with branch teams and community organizations to identify and execute community marketing opportunities, including but not limited to sponsorships, events, and local partnerships. Manage sponsorships and brand partnerships, ensuring deliverables and contracts are fulfilled. Coordinate sponsorship assets, event activations, logistics, and staffing support. Track sponsorship documentation and performance to evaluate impact and inform future efforts. Coordinate and manage internal marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with marketing team and cross-functional partners. Manage internal communication posts related to department campaigns, events and other marketing activities. Schedule, assign, and manage marketing projects using project management tools (e.g., Wrike). Launch and manage brand and signage content across member channels, including ATMs, Lobby TV, Online Banking, and Mobile platforms. Serve as liaison for management and maintenance of the internal company and printer stores, promotional and event related inventory. Collect and manage billing collection and processing of but not limited to sponsorships, event, and vendor-related expenses. Other duties as assigned. Bachelors or better in Communication. Bachelors or better in Marketing. Experience Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal stakeholders and community partners. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail and follow-through. Strong project coordination and operational execution skills. Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and/or community partnerships. 2-4 years experience in marking, community engagement, event marketing, sponsorships, or brand activation roles. Experience with community relations, corporate and community partnerships preferred. Experience in financial services, credit unions, banking, or regulated industries preferred.
