Director of People Analytics

A company is looking for a Director of Applied Technology & People Analytics in HR & Talent Advisory. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the applied technology and people analytics strategy for the HR & Talent Advisory business Develop frameworks for data acquisition, governance, and integration across consulting practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate people analytics and data science solutions into existing HR advisory offerings Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 10+ years of experience in applied technology, people and data science, or AI research within HR or professional services Demonstrated success in leading analytics or AI implementation initiatives Deep understanding of data modeling, machine learning frameworks, and analytic tool ecosystems Proficient in Python, R, or other data science languages; experience with LLMs and applied AI preferred Advanced degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline preferred
