A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist III. Key Responsibilities Manage real estate pre-construction efforts for 4G/5G macro new builds and modifications Oversee vendor activities, including site acquisition and A&E partners, to achieve project milestones Negotiate leases, manage workflow forecasts, and obtain necessary governmental approvals and permits Required Qualifications Telecom/wireless experience with strong project management skills Previous carrier experience, preferably with Verizon Familiarity with projects involving large and small tower companies/owners Experience in forecasting deliverables and maintaining database information Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive timelines
