A company is looking for a Mediation and Technical Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities Lead mediation, facilitation, and dispute resolution services for the Stakeholder Response Mechanism (SRM) Provide technical support to the SRM Lead Advisor and contribute to policy reviews and capacity building strategies Advise on and implement appropriate case management systems for SRM Required Qualifications Advanced university degree (Master's) in Law, Public Administration, Political or Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies, Business Management, or related fields; or a Bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience Minimum of 7 years of international experience in mediation and negotiation, or 9 years with a Bachelor's degree Proficiency in IT software packages and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database management Fluency in English; working knowledge of another UN language is an asset Experience in mediation related to climate change and environmental issues is desirable
