A company is looking for a Senior Conflicts Specialist.
Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze all new business to identify conflicts of interest Facilitate resolution of conflicts issues and maintain accurate records of resolutions Support conflicts review for lateral hires and mentor junior staff in conflicts analysis Qualifications: JD and/or a minimum of 10+ years of conflicts experience in a law firm setting Demonstrated ability to make effective recommendations for conflict resolution Strong legal research skills and knowledge of ethics and conflicts best practices Experience with conflict checking software is a plus Able to work under pressure and manage tight project deadlines
