Senior Client Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist (OAM). Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution for high-value practices Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding plans, ensuring successful implementation and client training Identify and mitigate onboarding risks while maintaining detailed documentation and driving clients to successful go-live outcomes Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in healthcare SaaS onboarding or implementation (EHR, PM, or RCM platforms) Behavioral Health and/or Chiropractic domain experience Experience onboarding high-value or operationally complex practices Working knowledge of revenue cycle fundamentals, including payer enrollment and claims flow Ability to lead client calls and trainings independently without scripts
