A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage human resources administration and compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and administer HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives Manage performance review processes and compliance requirements, including training and credentialing Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of HR experience, or 7 years of progressively responsible work in personnel management Knowledge of state and federal laws affecting human resources administration Experience with HR administration and employee benefit/payroll administration Proficiency with ADP HRIS and other relevant software Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations
