Client Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist responsible for facilitating client engagement in the Valuation & Advisory service line. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the client engagement process by responding to requests based on client needs and available staffing Maintain a database of appraiser information and track new engagement opportunities for proper reporting Coordinate with other Client Engagement Specialists to communicate changes and ensure timely responses from appraisers Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience supporting a revenue-generating business with engagement management exposure Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suites and web-based project management software Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining accuracy Strong time management and organizational skills Desire to collaborate in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
