Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual classroom and transition training for new employees Partner with department managers to implement learning pathways and provide ongoing training Deliver various training programs using innovative practices and ensure team member engagement Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, and developing professionals Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access Ability to train with energy and enthusiasm using diverse delivery techniques Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly Knowledge of the Virginia Medicaid Waiver program is a plus
