Key Responsibilities Verify patient insurance coverage for therapy benefits and communicate details to patients and staff Advise patients on financial responsibilities and maintain daily reports for authorizations Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and ensuring patient confidentiality Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred experience in medical insurance claims or verification
