Strategy and Integrations Director

A company is looking for a Strategy and Integrations Director. Key Responsibilities Partner with department leadership to define and execute the Customer organization's mission and long-term goals Own the post-acquisition lifecycle, integrating new teams and offerings into the Customer framework Act as the primary liaison for company-wide strategic initiatives, establishing KPIs for accountability Required Qualifications Ability to pivot between high-level vision and detailed programmatic tasks Proven track record of integrating acquired companies without disrupting customer experience Comfortable operating as a peer to senior leadership and influencing executive decision-making Deep understanding of metrics, including forecasting and setting departmental KPIs Expertise in aligning diverse teams through clear messaging and structured engagement strategies
