Required Skills Valid and active medical license in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven clinical proficiency in obstetric and gynecological procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations, such as emergency C-sections Knowledge of current medical standards and best practices in women's health Nice to Have Skills Experience with high-volume maternity units Formal training or certification in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Preferred Education and Experience Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Other Requirements Willingness to work on assigned open dates including March 3, 6, 7, and 8, 2026, with specific focus on emergency C-section procedures Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred Ability to comply with all hospital and legal regulations, including licensure and certifications Must have reliable transportation if applicable for travel reimbursements This is a compelling opportunity to make a meaningful difference in women's health care.
