A company is looking for a Remote Triage RN - Clinical Contact Center. Key Responsibilities Triage incoming calls and electronic messages, prioritizing and resolving issues while involving providers as necessary Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and triage protocols Document communications in the electronic medical record and assist in scheduling appointments for patients Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN program 2 years of ambulatory care experience Registered Nurse License issued by the State of Illinois Current AHA BLS Provider certification BSN and specialty certification preferred
