Engineering Manager, DevOps

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, DevOps to establish and lead a new DevOps/Platform Engineering function. Key Responsibilities Establish the DevOps/platform operating model, standards, and roadmap Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, IaC templates, and developer self-service tools Define SLOs/SLIs and lead incident response and root cause analysis Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on DevOps, platform, or cloud engineering experience 3+ years of people management experience Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using common industry tools Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi) Strong background with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS/Fargate
