Marketing Automation Specialist OpenTech Alliance, Inc. ("OpenTech") was founded in 2003 and is a leading technology provider to the self-storage industry. The Company delivers software-enabled solutions, including online auctions, access control systems, self-service kiosks, and call center services to self-storage operators across North America, with a growing international presence. Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, OpenTech supports many of the largest self-storage operators in the U.S. The Company is focused on continuing to scale its core products while strengthening internal operations and processes to support growth. This role owns the continuous optimization of our marketing automation and CRM ecosystem, with a focus on driving measurable improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, and sales readiness. This role will help design, execute, and evolve marketing campaigns, workflows, and engagement-based lead strategies using D365 and ClickDimensions. With an emphasis on turning objectives into action, you'll focus on the improvements that matter most today, while building toward smarter workflows and higher-performing campaigns in the future. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Automation Optimization Build, run, and improve marketing campaigns using D365 and ClickDimensions. Design workflows that nurture leads, score engagement, and help sales focus on the hottest prospects. Test and refine campaigns and workflows to see what works best and make adjustments along the way. Experimentation & Continuous Improvement Try new approaches, test ideas, and learn from the results. Focus on changes that will have the biggest impact now, while thinking about longer-term improvements. Simplify or improve existing processes when it makes sense. CRM & Engagement Strategy Improve CRM processes to better support marketing and sales goals. Use engagement and sales data to ensure the right leads receive the right attention at the right time. Partner with sales to make sure high-potential prospects are surfaced effectively. Analytics & Insights Track campaign performance and lead engagement. Turn the data into actionable recommendations that improve campaigns and workflows. Share insights in ways that help the team make better decisions faster. Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Content Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Marketing Administrative Assistant to bring campaigns to life. Be a thought partner share ideas for improving processes, workflows, and lead generation. Support department initiatives by ensuring our marketing systems make execution easier, not harder. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 45 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign and CRM management. Proficiency in D365; experience with ClickDimensions or similar marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills
