Job Description Position Summary: The Contract Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruiting process across multiple business units and functions including Finance, HR, IT and Procurement. This role manages the full life-cycle recruitment needs of the Global Services business, including direct sourcing, fostering and establishing consultative working relationships with Hiring Managers through to offer management using a variety of sourcing methods and technology solutions. High priority in this role is to provide the business with effective, timely and up to date recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the business and attract the best talent pipeline possible. Key Job Responsibilities will include the following: Work on the complete end to end recruitment process with Hiring Managers, Local HR and other stakeholders. Coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in creating staffing plans, developing sourcing and interviewing strategies and implementing agreed upon action plans. Deploy and use appropriate behavioral and competency based interview methodology. Coach hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. Identify and share recruitment best practices across business units of focus. Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements. Contribute to development of and implement agreed sourcing strategy to attract the best talent to J&J. Interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates from entry level to senior management levels for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent to classification and selection. Advocate and drive for best-in-class candidate experience. Consult with hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details. Provide candidate offer package recommendation to line managers. Assist in checking professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures. Manage all data associated with the recruitment process e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information, etc. Ensure data integrity by accurately and timely encoding of all information in the recruitment technology. Ensure that the recruitment process flow complies with agreed service level agreements. Manage all recruitment reports ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely manner. Provide company information to candidates and appropriately "sell" candidates on the value proposition of the J&J experience. Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision are properly handled in a timely manner. Establish close relationship with all stakeholders collaborating to improve the overall recruitment process measuring and reporting their performance regularly. Lead or participate in local, regional or global projects focused on recruiting process improvements and best practices. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience required. Demonstrated capability in recruiting for a wide variety of roles and levels in multiple functions required. Experience in high-volume recruitment in a service center environment or for large scale initiatives is required. Strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills, previous experience working with competency based selection methods required. Experience in talent scouting and direct sourcing of candidates required. Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including but not limited to compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing and sourcing strategies required. Previous experience with social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) required. Strong marketplace (Tampa) focus required. Negotiation and influencing skills required. Project Management skills required. Ability to manage and lead through ambiguity and change required. Strong MS Word, Outlook and Excel required. Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English required. Experience leading the recruitment of a new service center is strongly preferred. Agency recruitment experience is preferred. Experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system preferred. Experience using a third party vendor as part of the recruiting process preferred. University/Graduate recruiting experience preferred. Experience working within a global services/shared services environment preferred. Experience working in a 'start up' team where you have to establish the new recruiting model and working practices preferred. Experience of using psychometrics/assessment materials and analyzing this information for selection purposes preferred.
