Key Responsibilities Plan and execute growth experiments to enhance business metrics such as sign-ups and revenue Collaborate with various teams to manage A/B tests and analyze performance results Document findings and optimize customer journeys based on insights gained from experiments Required Qualifications Higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field 1-3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, media buying, or related roles Practical knowledge of media buying strategies and growth funnels Experience with analytics tools and strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets Ability to manage multiple experiments and communicate results effectively to stakeholders
