Sourcing Specialist

Position Overview Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing activities for new and existing product lines. This role will collaborate closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams, providing technical expertise and ensuring quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and summarize RFQs to meet timelines while ensuring quality outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve pricing, lead times, and product quality. Analyze raw material and currency variances impacting cost of goods. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers for alignment. Partner with Quality Engineers and Product Development teams for technical documentation and inspections. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Purchasing, or Supply Chainor 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with consumer goods. Knowledge of overseas sourcing (Asia) and transportation methods. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
