Customer Service Associate - Con-Strux

Job Title Con-Strux is a concrete and wood recycling company with many locations throughout Long Island. Con-Strux has expanded their services to include street sweeping, mobile crushing, and transportation. Their focus is sustainability and customer satisfaction. Con-Strux remains a frontrunner in their industry by recycling concrete crushings with only environmentally conscious and compliant processes. Responsibilities Managing incoming calls Accurately ticket trucks upon arrival Process payment transactions Assist sales team by answering customer inquiries and directing each call appropriately Qualifications Strong customer service, verbal and communication skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Dependable transportation Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Attention to detail Previous work experience in contracting and material supply is a plus NetSuite experience is a plus Location: Eastport, NY Compensation: $20-25/hour.
