Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with healthcare providers and staff in long-term care and community-based accounts Collaborate with the Director, Long Term Care to create and implement account plans with specific objectives Analyze market trends and competitive activity to optimize business performance and support strategic initiatives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred 3+ years of experience in an I/DD and/or LTC large account access setting preferred Successful biotech/pharma product launch experience with a proven track record Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Strong analytical skills and business acumen
