Key Responsibilities Administer and configure Workday across core modules and support future module readiness Lead bi-annual Workday releases, including testing, documentation, and rollout of new features Collaborate with HRIS and Data Analytics teams to support reporting and data needs Required Qualifications 2-4 years of hands-on Workday administration experience Direct experience configuring, testing, and implementing Workday Experience working in a production Workday tenant Knowledge of Business Process Framework and module-specific configuration Familiarity with EIBs, data loads, and general technology concepts
