A company is looking for an HRIS Workday HCM & Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules Lead Benefits administration activities and coordinate with vendors Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for Core HCM and Benefits Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field At least 2 years of experience supporting Workday HCM Experience with US payroll and benefits in Workday, particularly with Alight or other vendors Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR Understanding of project estimation methodologies
