Electrical Department Supervisor The Electrical Department Supervisor will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians, designers, and assemblers. Plan, schedule, and oversee daily departmental activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Support design, testing, and troubleshooting of control systems, panels, and wiring for custom manufacturing equipment. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company quality procedures. The successful applicant will have: Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Journeyman/Master Electrician; Certified Electrical Contractor (EC) license preferred. 5+ years of experience in electrical design, assembly, or industrial controls, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, panel design, and PLC/HMI systems. Familiarity with CE, UL, NEC, and OSHA electrical standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team supervision and project oversight.
