Job description: We currently have an exciting opportunity for Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Fort Lee, NJ. Our client is personal injury litigation firm practicing in New Jersey and New York and they are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The salary for the position is $70,000-75,000 This position is for a full-time, salaried position with competitive pay and benefits. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for the coordination of litigation, including: Obtaining documentation related to injured parties such as medical records, bills, & wage information. Draft correspondence including Motions and Claim Petitions Assist and potentially attend attorneys client meetings Extensive contact with clients, attorneys, insurance carriers, courts and medical providers. Preparing documents and correspondence to be sent to clients, insurance carriers, courts and doctors offices. Scheduling client appointments ,court appearances and other discovery and medical expert consultations. Qualifications: Must be at least 3 to 5 years-experience in New Jersey Workers Compensation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and adapt quickly to meet the needs of the firm.
