Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and office support to multiple senior leaders Manage heavy calendaring and complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5-7+ years of professional corporate office experience Prior HR department support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Experience supporting multiple leaders with heavy scheduling needs
