Key Responsibilities: Helping staff the candidate for call time Conducting donor research and prospecting potential donors Working closely with the members of the finance team to organize and manage a call time program Working closely with the members of the finance team to organize, schedule, and run fundraising events Coordinating operational processes, including compliance Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Commitment to electing Rob Sand and flipping the Iowa governor's seat Growth mindset with the ability to accept and implement feedback Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure Willingness to work long hours during peak season and take initiative Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and support colleagues Must have a reliable personal laptop
