Come join our TJX familya Fortune 100 company and the world's leading off-price retailer. Job Summary Builds, compiles, analyzes, monitors and distributes DC operational reports. Conducts research to help identify trends and areas of opportunities throughout the building. Duties and Responsibilities Major Areas of Responsibility: The Reports Administrator will work closely with the FIT Manager, Finance Supervisor and Facilities Manager. Works as liaison with Finance and building management. Composes, compiles, analyzes, monitors, and distributes DC reports. Conducts research to help identify trends and areas of opportunities throughout the building. Compiles, monitors, and distributes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (subject to changes depending on business need). Analyzes supply invoices and purchase orders for accurate pricing and quantity. Contacts vendors to resolve discrepancies. Matches invoices with receipt backup, codes for payment and submits to management for approval. Enters purchase orders, receipts, and invoices into Oracle. Monitors monthly general ledger report and composes/submits journal entries to EP to accurate any errors. Maintains up-to-date expense control tracking through data entry of requisitions, purchase orders and invoices for all supply accounts for use by management. Inputs and monitors master detail production data for each production area Maintains OPH performance report by area for management use Produces and distributes daily production forecast report Participates in special projects as needed Minimum job skills required to perform this job: Must be proficient in Excel with experience crafting and maintaining spreadsheets. Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Outlook. Must have effective interpersonal skills, verbal and written. Must be organized with the ability to multi-task. Must have the ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
